This is a gorgeous solid hardwood floor! Installed over radiant heat. 2′ walnut parquet pieces act as a throw rug with brass metal inlay pieces and cumaru wood as the main flooring choice.

 

 

To properly install the floor first started with having to level the substrate. The substrate was sleepers with gypcrete poured between. The gyprete was not filled to the top. The other installer recommended using “extra” glue. No a good idea
